RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION & INVESTMENT CONSULTANT., jsc, which its precursor was Railway Construction Design Consultant Enterprise (RCDC), a subsidiary body of the Railway Construction Joint Stock Company (RCC), is a scientifically and technically oriented enterprise which founded in August 2004. In 2007, by common consent of Viet Nam Railway (VNR) and RCC, RCDC was separated from RCC and changed to RCIC. Now, RCIC inherits previous experiences, capacities and continues developing our trade name in investment consultant and construction. We have performed further than conventional railway consultant business to other areas such as road and highway, civil and industrial projects.
